The City of Stillwater is preparing for the upcoming World Snow Celebration, taking place in downtown Stillwater this winter. To accommodate event activities, snow sculpting, and visitor access, several downtown parking lots and on-street parking areas will have temporary closures or restrictions beginning in late December and continuing through February.

The following city parking lots will be closed for event use during these dates: 

• Lot 4: December 29 through February 28

• Lots 10 and 11: December 30 through January 19

• Lot 9: January 7 through January 21

• Lot 5: January 7 through January 25

During the event period, downtown visitors are encouraged to review posted signage and parking maps for current restrictions.

**Event parking ($10/day) will be in place for the City ramp, all paid lots, and all paid on-street parking on Saturday and Sunday, January 17-18
