Project Summary

Construction of a new convenience store to the east of the existing building in place of the east fuel pumps and canopy. Upon completion, the existing building will be demolished to allow for expansion of the west fuel pumps. The design was reviewed and approved by the Heritage Preservation Commission.

HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital Campus

This 6-story, 400,000 square foot development on 64 acres will include an outpatient cancer center, a cardiac center, an orthopedic clinic, and urgent care services including an Emergency Room. Development of the site will preserve six acres of wetlands and will include 1.5 miles of trails with regional trail access.

Lowell Park Pavillion

Lumberjack Landing

Location

Project Summary

Development of 15 acres of riverfront for use as a public park, including river access, accessible fishing pier, accessible kayak/canoe launch, patio and picnic area, and multiple trails. Renovation of the existing structure (Aiple House) into a multi-use park building.

Moritz Bergstein Shoddy Mill and Warehouse

Location

1250 Main Street South within Bridgeview Park

Project Summary

Interior and exterior repairs to the two structures, including roof repairs and replacements, restoration and repainting of historic wood elements, and cleaning and refinishing of ceilings and architectural details. The project also includes refurbishing and reinstalling existing lattice and railings, as well as replacing the stairs with new ones that closely match the original historic design. Because the structure is nationally listed, the City has submitted the project for review by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).
