Overview

The City of Stillwater has received funding from the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority (PFA) to aid in the replacement of galvanized water service lines across the City. This project aims to improve the quality of Stillwater's water distribution system and protect Stillwater residents by eliminating galvanized water service pipes.

There are roughly 700 properties remaining within Stillwater that have been identified as in need of replacement. At this time, funding has been secured to replace water service lines at 115 properties, at no cost to residents. The City has contracted with engineering firm, TKDA, to manage this project.

If you have received a letter in the mail from the City, your property has been identified as one (1) of the 115 water service lines eligible for replacement in 2026.
