Parking Permits

Parking permits are available to purchase monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually if you live or work in downtown Stillwater. To apply for a parking permit, please visit the Passport Portal.

  • When applying for a parking permit, residents will need to provide proof of residency. Employees will need to provide proof of employment. Yacht Club members will need to provide proof of membership.
  • Permits are registered to the license plate number. No physical permits/cards will be issued.
  • Permit holders must park in public surface lots or in the public ramp. Permits are not valid for on-street parking.
  • No permit parking in Lots 1, 16, 17, or 18.
  • Permit holders must observe any snow removal restrictions.

Residential Permits

Parking permits for residents living within the Downtown.

  • Ramp permits are also valid for surface lots, but surface lot permits are not valid for the ramp.
  • $35 per month for the ramp; $20 per month for surface lots. Permit holders are responsible for additional convenience and processing fees.
  • Permit holders are exempt from the 24-hour parking prohibition.

Business Permits

Parking permits for employees working within the Downtown and slip owners at the Mulberry Point Yacht Club.

  • Ramp permits are also valid for surface lots, but surface lot permits are not valid for the ramp.
  • $20 per month. Permit holders are responsible for additional convenience and processing fees.
  • Permit holders are still subject to the 24-hour parking prohibition.
