If you have received a parking citation, there are three options for payment:

Please note: A service fee of $3.65 will be charged on all debit/credit card transactions

By Mail

Mail your payment in an envelope. Make checks or money orders payable to City of Stillwater and reference your citation number or include your violation notice with payment. DO NOT MAIL CASH OR COINS.

You can return your payment in an envelope by dropping it off either inside or in the exterior drop box at City Hall, 216 4th Street North.
